Leaving Care in Partnership Leaflet for Young People (1999)

Based on the research findings from the Leaving Care in Partnership project, this leaflet was produced to hand out to young people about to leave care.It is designed to make them aware of the need to inform social workers about the people who they feel are most important to them for support after they leave care.

It was originally produced as an A4 leaflet, printed both sides, black on yellow paper.
